Biography

Krysta’s career began in Youngstown, Ohio over 14 years ago within her family-owned Construction and Property Management company that has been providing quality customer service since 1956. She is proud to be a third-generation owner.

Her client portfolio of Commercial completed transactions and consistency of available lease inventory include; professional offices, warehousing and distribution facilities, government properties, medical suites, restaurants, shovel ready parcels and the management and sale of a 108,000 sq.ft. storage facility. A broad spectrum of product and service-delivery expertise and experience that reinforces and ensures each existing and new customer of the value-added assets brought to the relationship. With a career-to-date transactional volume north of $36,000,000 and over 700,000 sq. ft. of leased office, retail, and medical space, she is known to exceed customer expectation and rise to the standards of superlative commercial representation.

Krysta is assisting Kevin Langholz as she is concentrating on third party retail agency and tenant representation.

She is also licensed in Florida and specializes in the sale & leasing of commercial spaces in Naples & surrounding Southwest Florida areas.

Education & Licensure

Krysta graduated from Boardman High School and was awarded an athletic and artistic scholarship to Miami University of Ohio. She credits her years of sports at a young-age, for her consistent work ethic and time management skills.

Personal

In her leisure, she indulges in both the Exotic and American Muscle Car industries. Time with family is always important and she also makes it a point to stay active by participating in local volleyball, softball and fitness programs. Krysta is also a dedicated advocate for animal rights and diligently supports the well-being of less fortunate animals. She is a proud, loving parent to her Naples, FL rescue – Enzo (aptly named after the Enzo Ferrari.)
