Biography
Kevin Langholz has over 40 years of experience in the discipline of retail tenant representation, surplus property disposition, shopping center leasing, shopping center development, commercial sales, land assemblage and market analysis. Mr. Langholz represents selected retail clients in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia where he is licensed as a Real Estate Broker.
At Hanna Commercial, Langholz is responsible for overseeing the retail brokerage team that represents national and regional retail chains and encompasses millions of square feet of shopping center leasing assignments. ChainLinks Retail Advisors, a 500 member collection of retail real estate specialists nationwide is represented in Western Pennsylvania and the state of West Virginia by Hanna Commercial. Mr. Langholz is a past Board of Director for ChainLinks Retail Advisors and currently serves on the Membership Committee. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has served as a regional director, planning chairperson and market presenter.
Langholz has been involved with expansion plans for multiple national and regional retailers/restaurants such as Costco, Chipotle, LA Fitness, Chick fil A, Kohl’s, ULTA Beauty, and Aspen Dental. He has been involved in large tract acreage land acquisition, and disposition/development work required for master planned development and retail power center sites. The former 221-acre US Steel Homestead site resulting in the $300 Million “Waterfront” development by Continental Real Estate Company, the 83-acre “Strabane Square Shopping Center” development in Washington, PA by Armstrong Group and the 80-acre “Cranberry Commons Shopping Center” development in Cranberry Township, PA. are primary examples of bulk land disposition accomplishments.
He credits much of his successes to the professional staff and team approach that supports the agency. Langholz has counseled and serviced clients by providing expertise in areas of negotiation, valuation, multiple party coordination, comprehensive land assemblage, zoning approvals, and marketing.
Langholz and Mr. Gary S. Wilson purchased the Bill Green & Company’s industrial/commercial brokerage firm in May, 1990. In 2005, Langholz Wilson & Associates, Inc. merged with Ellis Real Estate Company to form Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc. Most recently in 2015 Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc. and Hanna Commercial merged to create Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis (now Hanna Commercial). Mr. Langholz has procured for the agency the latest computerized software, on-line services, and databases to report and provide the most current market demographics, mapping, real estate comparables, and real estate trend information available for client’s review.

Kevin Langholz is a graduate of Capital University in Columbus, OH, where he earned a B.A. in Business.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Jefferson Regional Foundation and his interests include biking, hiking, swimming and golf.
