Biography
As Vice President of Market Research, David Noble’s role within the organization is multi-faceted. As manager of GIS applications, he utilizes various ESRI products and services to best address the mapping and demographic needs of the organization, including ArcGIS Pro desktop application and Business Analyst online. Data compiled for these applications are sourced directly from proprietary in-house research and verified accurate. Additional subscription services provide supplemental market data to accurately assess current market conditions.
David also serves as lead administrator of multiple in-house databases.
Our CMS (contact management) software allows the firm to manage communications effectively within a team-based environment, improving efficiency both in-house and with our clients.
Our property and listing tracking software has enabled the firm perform the functions of an entire team of support staff at a fraction of the time and expense, again streamlining the process and reducing the ‘touchpoints’ for multiple facets of the dealmaking process.
In addition to the above, David is highly proficient in various software applications including:

Large format production materials (maps, marketing materials)
David was the lead in interviewing, choosing, and managing/advising our prior website development team to assist in the creation of the Hanna Commercial website, and continues to play an active role in the new site management.
David acts as the primary liaison between the office and our corporate IT team, keeping all staff and agents functioning at peak efficiency as it relates to computer issues and connectivity.
Education & Licensure
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Penn State University.
Personal
Prior to joining the company in 2003, David worked for the leading economic development firm for the Pittsburgh region as Market Research Manager, serving the Pittsburgh MSA. As a lifetime resident of the Pittsburgh region, David is intimately familiar with the region and its various neighborhoods.
