Biography
Cathy joined Hanna Commercial in February 2019. Prior to joining the firm, she spent over 19 years as a senior project manager with BNY Mellon. During her career in project management, Cathy focused on new product development, global acquisitions and divestitures, and the implementation of the top strategic initiatives across BNY Mellon.
In addition to real estate sales, Cathy owns CAT Property Management that manages familial retail, land, and office investments in both the Pittsburgh and Chicago areas.
Education & Licensure
Cathy completed her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Duquesne University achieving Cum Laude and Suma Cum Laude designations respectively. She also achieved a Master Certification in Project Management from the University of Pittsburgh.

Cathy resides in Plum Borough and enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. In addition, she enjoys staying active, horseracing, and boating.
