Biography

Adam started with the HCRE team as a summer intern between his junior and senior year of college and returned as a full-time salesperson in June 2019. Adam works primarily with the retail team and focuses on tenant representation and third-party leasing. In these roles, he has orchestrated market evaluations, site selection strategy, and land development acquisitions in, primarily, the Greater Pittsburgh Area. In these efforts, Adam has become accustomed to project management and real estate portfolio optimization with specific experience in outparcel development and client lease analysis.

Adam’s recent retail representation assignments include Kohl’s, American Freight & Furniture, and Jimmy John’s.

Adam has recently begun to use his financial background to support multiple investment sale opportunities. Adam is trained in the Argus Enterprise Software and uses that tool to build portfolio analytics.

Education & Licensure

Adam was born and raised in Pittsburgh’s North Hills. He is a 2019 graduate of Washington and Jefferson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with an Emphasis in Financial Economics.
