Biography
Jamey joined Langholz Wilson Ellis (now Hanna Commercial) in September 2004. Jamey focuses in regional and national tenant representation, market analysis, site selection and expansion. Jamey represents selected retail clients in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Jamey also specializes in landlord representation and provides comprehensive leasing services for existing shopping centers and for new retail developments ranging in size from 6,000 square feet to more than 500,000 square feet.
Prior to joining the firm, Jamey held the position of Leasing Agent for four years with retail developer Michael Joseph Development Corporation, based in Wexford, PA. Jamey handled all aspects of the retail leasing responsibilities involving Michael Joseph Development Corporation’s owned developments and third-party leasing responsibilities in excess of 1.1 million square feet throughout Western and Central Pennsylvania. Additionally, Jamey assisted Michael Joseph Development in site selection and client representation services for such notable national retailers as Walmart stores, Lowe’s Companies, Inc., and Golden Corral.

James is a native of Western Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Political Science.
