Diane McQuade

Diane McQuade joined Hanna Commercial in March, 2022, bringing with her twenty years of commercial real estate marketing experience. Her primary focus as Marketing Director is the development and application of consistent branding efforts for all outgoing media and print. Working with the Vice President of Market Research, she analyzes and applies current marketing strategies to keep Hanna Commercial at the forefront of Pittsburgh Commercial Real Estate.

Daily responsibilities include the creation and design of marketing materials including: advertising, property flyers, signage, pitch books, proposals, offering memorandum, etc. Diane is responsible for creation, scheduling and management of all digital content marketing, as well as establishing yearly budget and marketing plans for individual and company-wide goals. She is actively engaged in the creation of property branding and marketing as well as specific department promotional resources which encompass retail, office and investment specialties.

Previous Chapter Administrator for Western Pennsylvania SIOR (Society of Industrial & Office Realtors), she acted as chapter liaison between existing members, recruits and SIOR corporate. Responsibilities included organizing and planning all chapter meetings, corresponding with corporate and global leadership, and event planning. The chapter received the Greatest Chapter Member Growth Award in April 2018 as a direct result of her organizational efforts.

Prior to joining Hanna Commercials, Ms. McQuade spent twelve years as Director of Marketing Design for Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street Associates, Inc.
