Biography
Ken is a full-service PA Licensed REALTOR® since 2002, representing Sellers and Buyers in Residential, Commercial and Industrial real estate as well as Multifamily Investment.
Overseeing all aspects of the sale transactions, evaluating the property/business, negotiating terms and conditions of the sale, financing, and environmental issues, Ken educates clients with pricing of properties, negotiating sales, financing, and property management.
Ken acquired his ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) designations to help enhance the working relationship with his clients.
From 2002 until 2010, Ken was a certified Property Manager from IREM. That experience has proven helpful to his Investment clients.
Client relationship is key. He is very attentive and tells clients “my phone is always with me.”
