Biography
McDermott has been licensed since 2016. He was raised in Upper Bucks County and has lived in the Lehigh Valley for 25 years, working in journalism, local government, regional economic development and public relations before earning his real estate license.
Experience:
As a commercial REALTOR, his experience in city government and economic development makes him familiar with not only the geography of the region, but the processes involved in commercial development as well as various incentive programs provided by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania through agencies such as Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corp and the county and municipal organizations.
On the residential side, his journalism and public relations background has given him a unique knowledge of the communities of the Lehigh Valley and its surrounding region, so he can help both buyers and sellers target their market based on their particular needs and desires.
