Matt Sprung

Matt Sprung is a licensed real estate broker with over eight years of transaction experience representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His deal experience includes land sales, office and industrial buildings, retail leasing, and investment assets.

Matt is known for structuring transactions that solve problems — navigating pricing strategy, due diligence, municipal considerations, and financing hurdles to get deals to closing. His background in land planning and development gives him a competitive edge when evaluating property potential, density, entitlements, and risk.

Prior to brokerage, Matt worked for developers handling land acquisition, approvals, and construction oversight, and later served 7.5 years as Port Manager of Port Jersey South for the Port Authority of NY & NJ, where he managed leases, budgeting, and large-scale assets. That operational experience translates directly into how he analyzes income, risk, and long-term value for his clients.
