  • Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM 1991.  The most prestigious commercial-investment investment real estate degree, called the Ph.D. of commercial real estate.  There are only 10,000 members nationally.  Very strenuous educational requirements, production/experience requirements, and meeting the CCIM Institute’s (CCIM) strict standards for applied experience in commercial investment real estate transactions.
