Biography
Vincenzo is a native of Mayfield Village, Ohio, and has spent his entire life in the greater Cleveland area. From a young age, he gained extensive exposure to Northeast Ohio’s largest real estate markets, developing a keen understanding of the unique dynamics of the region.
Vincenzo earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University, graduating in the class of 2020. He also completed a minor in Accounting and a concentration in Business Analytics, reflecting his deep commitment to mastering the core principles of his field.
Since joining Hanna Commercial in September 2020, Vincenzo has risen to Vice President and established himself as a leading producer in the region. He has completed more than 200 transactions valued in excess of $400 million over the course of his career. His areas of focus include tenant representation, shopping center leasing, land assemblage, investment sales, and strategic market analysis, providing clients with detailed underwriting and market insight at every stage of the transaction.
As a tenant representation specialist, Vincenzo has provided services for leading companies such as Chase Bank, Sheetz Gas Stations, Harbor Freight Tools, Duluth Trading Co., Grocery Outlet, and DoorDash, among others. He has also been extensively involved in releasing existing shopping centers, including Golden Gate Shopping Center, where he has been responsible for leasing nearly 82,000 SF, and Westgate Shopping Center, where he has leased over 70,000 SF, among numerous other portfolios throughout Northeast Ohio.
