Biography
Tom joined the former Kelly & Visconsi in early 2015, with a focus on retail tenant and landlord representation. As a Northeast Ohio native, Tom has keen local knowledge of the Cleveland, Akron and Canton markets. Tom is responsible for the marketing and leasing of over 4 million square feet of retail shopping centers in the state of Ohio. He represents various retailers including Five Below, Sheetz Gas, Crumbl Cookies, Sleep Outfitters, Chase Bank, T-Mobile, Tropical Smoothie Café, Master Pizza, Insomnia Cookies, Red Wing Shoes, among others. In addition, Tom has worked on retail investment properties, restaurants, re-developments, new developments, and commercial land.
Tom graduated from Kent State University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Public Relations. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
