Shawn Darling

Biography

Shawn brings 10 years of experience in retail real estate, having worked for both national REITs and on the brokerage side.  She joined Hanna Commercial in 2021 after spending four years at Cushman & Wakefield growing their retail sector.  While at Cushman, Shawn represented Landlords and Tenants including Spectrum, for whom she negotiated a dozen new leases.  Prior to joining Cushman, she worked for SITE Centers (formerly DDR) and Washington Prime (formerly Glimcher).  Her background gives her a wide breadth of experience working on all product types;  malls, lifestyle centers, power centers, and High Street retail.  Shawn is currently working with Ashley Stewart, Sleep Outfitters, Maple Street Biscuit Company (Cracker Barrel), Barrio, Hola Tacos, Pub Frato, and more.
