Biography
Julie is a full-service commercial real estate broker, with expertise in local office and industrial tenant and owner representation. Working with a diverse array of clients in the US and internationally, she is adept in sourcing real estate options, negotiating buy, sell and lease transactions, facilitating build-to-suit industrial projects, and identifying creative solutions to achieve commercial real estate and business objectives.
Before joining Hanna Commercial in 2011, Julie served in leadership, credit and business development roles at PNC Bank (formerly National City Bank). These included regional chief credit officer for Northeast Ohio Commercial Real Estate, where she was responsible for identifying and managing credit risks for a $1.0 billion loan portfolio, as well as oversight of its corporate appraisal department
