Biography
In early 2004, Chris Hondlik joined Ostendorf-Morris, now Hanna Commercial Real Estate, as an associate in the Industrial Services Group. Since that time he has assisted clients with acquisition, disposition, and leasing of facilities throughout Northeast Ohio. He also has been involved with a number of land site development projects. During his career, he has attained the title of Senior Vice President and been involved in over 400 transactions valued at over $200 million.
Early in his tenure with Ostendorf-Morris, now Hanna Commercial, he was integrated into the Corporate Services Group. In this role, Chris assists corporations with requirements in the Americas and around the world. The Corporate Services Group specializes in providing strategic real estate consulting, site selection, facility acquisition and disposition services, property valuation, lease analysis, lease negotiation as well as portfolio management.
Prior to joining Hanna Commercial, Chris was a Sales Engineer/Project Manager in the commercial construction industry. He is skilled in cost valuation, value engineering, scheduling and management of commercial construction projects. These skill sets have been an asset in his career with Hanna Commercial. Some construction projects of note include Progressive Field, The Cleveland Science Center, and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
