Tim Weber, Senior Commercial and Investment Real Estate Specialist, has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 focused solely on the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Weber has actively represented hundreds of clients throughout Ohio in successful sale/lease and investment into millions of square feet of retail, office, office/warehouse, and commercial investment properties. Tim has built a solid reputation for serving clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always putting his client’s needs first.
Mr. Weber has a background in business ownership. He understands the situations business owners and investors in Ohio are faced with on a day-to-day basis and is passionate about helping his clients make a deal that is favorable to them and their success. He has continued to leverage his know-how and experience to exceed his client’s expectations.
Personal
Tim was born and grew up in Worthington, Ohio, and has lived in communities all around the area. When Tim isn’t working with clients, he enjoys sports, coaching, and family activities. Active in the community, Tim has been involved with coaching club soccer for 20+ years and supporting the teams by not only teaching soccer but also promoting commitment, teamwork, and community service.
