A Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker Karen has 7 plus years’ experience in the real estate industry. She is Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified (CIREC) agent. Served as the Legislative Affairs Chairwomen 2020-21 for the Greater Capital Association of REALTORS® and continues to be an active committee member of both CIREB & GCAR . She is currently a board member of a local landlord nonprofit for landlords. Advisor on Investment opportunity’s, representing Landlords, Tenants , Buyers, and Sellers.
