Biography

Anthony Sabatino has been licensed to sell Commercial Real Estate in New York State since 1990, representing such prestigious clients as the cities of Albany and Cohoes, Metroplex of Schenectady and Trustco Bank, just to name a few.

During his 27 years of outstanding service with HannaCRE/RealtyUSA, Anthony has been their top Commercial agent for the past 20 out of 27 years selling over $375 million in Real Estate.  His vast knowledge of the market and a tremendous center of influence has given him recognition as one of the top and most respected brokers among his peers.

Anthony is an influential member of ICSC, International Conference of Shopping Centers.  Some of his accomplishments include the sale of the Boyd Printing Building and Industrial parcel in Albany at a price of $1,300,000, the 37 acre “Hoffman’s Play land” property at a price of $500,000, the well-known “Grandma’s Pie Shop” at a price of $1,600,000 and Coca’s Motels in Latham for $3,500,000.  Anthony was responsible for 22 acquisitions of the Park South Project for Albany Medical Center.  He has listed and sold Klamsteam Tavern and Restaurant, Sutter’s Tavern and most recently Jillian’s in downtown Albany.  Anthony has sold over $3,000,000 to foreign investors in 2016 and 2017.  He was the first to recognize the potential of overseas buyers and designed a specific marketing strategy targeting the international market.
