Zachary C. Nobles is a results-driven project management professional with extensive experience in the construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors, now applying his technical and operational expertise to the field of commercial real estate. Over his career, Zachary has developed a deep understanding of building systems, construction processes, and property operations—knowledge that allows him to assess, manage, and optimize commercial assets with precision and efficiency.
Currently serving as Environmental Health and Safety Officer and People & Culture Coordinator, Zachary leads initiatives that strengthen safety performance, streamline field operations, and reinforce company culture. His work includes implementing comprehensive site inspection programs, managing PPE and equipment control systems, and fostering communication strategies that connect field and office operations across diverse project sites.
Previously, Zachary managed large-scale infrastructure projects with Telecom industry , Renewable energy sectors, where he oversaw multimillion-dollar builds—including wind farms and outside plant infrastructure—requiring close coordination with contractors, engineers, and owners. This hands-on experience with complex construction and site management cultivated his strong awareness of building design, functionality, and lifecycle management—skills he now leverages in evaluating commercial properties, capital improvements, and operational performance.
Zachary has spent more than a decade managing rental properties, coordinating maintenance, and assessing building systems to maximize asset longevity and value. Combining his background in technical education, environmental engineering principles, and architectural construction technology, he offers a unique blend of field-tested expertise and strategic business insight.
