Biography
Timothy Hourihan is a Licensed Associate Broker with Hanna Commercial Real Estate in Buffalo New York.
Mr. Hourihan began his career with Stovroff + Herman Commercial Division as a broker in 1990. Stovroff and Herman later became RealtyUSA and he managed the Buffalo Commercial office of RealtyUSA for 24 years. Most recently in 2016, RealtyUSA Commercial was acquired by Hanna Commercial.
Professional Experience
Throughout Mr. Hourihan’s 25+ year career he acted as a Broker/Consultant on the disposition of significant commercial real estate holdings for the Orchard Park School District, Harris Beach Law Firm, Niagara County, Manzella Gloves, Delevan Industries, and the Diocese of Buffalo.
On a community level, Mr. Hourihan has served on the Board of Directors of Kevin Guest House, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, West Seneca Youth Baseball Association, and is currently a member of the Town of West Seneca Assessment Review Board.
Education & Licensure
Mr. Hourihan graduated from Buffalo’s Canisius High School in 1972,.
John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1976.
Masters Degree in Administration from Canisius College in 1986.
