Biography

Joe Deck is a Licensed Associate Broker with Hanna Commercial Real Estate in Buffalo New York.  Joe has been a commercial real estate broker for 40 years and during that time has successfully sold and leased nearly Two Billion Dollars in commercial real estate transactions.  He prides himself on being able to make the creative deal for his clients that often result in value added transactions that have led to consistent client loyalty and repeat business.

Throughout Mr. Deck’s 40 year career he acted as a Broker/Consultant on the acquisition and disposition of significant commercial real estate holdings for the all of the major developers in Western New York, Automotive dealers, manufacturers and office tenants.

He is married with 3 grown children and proudly supports his wife Sara whose life mission has evolved into volunteer work thru Jericho Road ministries in supporting refugee resettlements in WNY.

Education & Licensure

Mr. Deck graduated from Champlain College in Burlington VT and when on to receive a BS in Economics and Finance from Babson College.
