Ruth Fierro-King is a Licensed  Real Estate Salesperson with Hanna Commercial Real Estate in Buffalo New York.

Mrs. Fierro-King joined Hanna Commercial Real Estate in October 2017. She brings 20 plus years of banking experience as a Business Banking Commercial Lender and business consultant. She is familiar with the Western New York Market and is focusing on delivering results while acting as a buyer or seller representative in office, retail, industrial, apartment complexes and general commercial leasing and sales. To meet customer’s financial and market targets; she conducts site searches for potential investment properties throughout the Buffalo Niagara Region.

Throughout Mrs. Fierro-King 20 plus year career as a commercial lender with Key Bank, HSBC and most recently with First Niagara Bank.  She worked with Mid-size companies to deliver the appropriate solution to their personal and corporate financial /banking needs. Commercial Real Estate lending was a common denominator throughout her banking career. Mrs. Fierro-King brings market knowledge and financial expertise to assist the client in a successful acquisition of desired property.

On a community level, Mrs. Fierro-King is the Treasurer of the Risk Management Association and currently serves on the board of Lummina/ Hope Chest of Buffalo as the Fundraising Chair. Mrs. Fierro-King has served on the Board of Directors of American Association of University Women, Community Preservation Corp., Girls Scouts of Western New York and Westside Neighborhood Housing.
