Biography
Robert P. Strell is a 35-year veteran of the commercial real estate business. He specializes in providing sound advice and direction regarding real estate including expert valuation, expert witness review, litigation support, financial planning, leases and sales negotiation, special purpose use, and audits.
Mr. Strell was named the 2015 Commercial Realtor of the Year by the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors for his commitment and effort in the field. He is a former president of the Western New York Chapter of NYSCAR, and currently a member of their State Board of Governors & Executive Committee.
Mr. Strell is a valuation expert. He has completed over 800 hours of advanced real estate education experience and has provided expert witness testimony in more than 125 litigation cases throughout New York State, including for the IRS Appeals Court, the New York State Court of Claims, and the United States Bankruptcy Court. His clients have included major financial lending institutions and many Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Strell has provided services regarding commercial property valuation, site relocation development, IDA and public financing assistance, valuation analysis, and tax assessment. In addition, Mr. Strell currently represents various financial institutions, corporate clients and insurance companies, taxpayers and municipalities, and non-profit organizations regarding real estate matters. He has also completed an Executive/Certificate MBA program at the University at Buffalo’s School of Management.
